Julius Caesar (JC) Armstrong age 89 of Mt A native of Lawrence County he was the son of the late Eural and Alice Lena (Woodson) Armstrong. He joined the United States Armed Services on April 3, 1944 to February 1946 and received two Purple Hearts from World War 11 for his services.
